Krav Maga is the Israeli formed self defense fighting system that was created by the Israeli Defense Forces. Alba said about the art, “It’s brutal, it’s fast, to the point and it was fun to do!” She uses it to keep her body and mind on edge and is sure doing a fantastic job doing so!
