Some people don’t mind sharing their stuff, so long as they’re asked about it first. This employee is clearly willing to let others use their creamer, but they don’t like opening the fridge to find that people have already been helping themselves.
The person responsible for taking the creamer obviously feels differently about the matter and didn’t appreciate the note that their colleague left. They fought back with their own note, contradicting everything that was said and assuring other workers that the creamer was free to use. We see this ending in chaos.
