\nThe 1970s were an incredible time when it came to the world of entertainment.\u00a0Because of this, the stars of the 1970s really made a huge impact on the American psyche and how American culture developed. While there are still distinct cultures across the United States, the differences were much starker before this great equalizer of technology. We wanted to catch up to these stars and see what they had gotten up to. Where were these people who so influenced our tastes and cultures, and whose impact he have felt more than two generations later?

\nDavid Cassidy was just a kid when he played the role of Keith in The Partridge Family. Every girl back then had a major crush on this feather-haired young man. The child star was sent straight into the limelight with this role. The role, along with his status as a teen idol, resulted in a combination career as a musician and television actor. He starred in The Partridge Family with his on-screen mother Shirley Jones, who was also his step-mother, off-screen.

\nAlas, that was not the case. Her last movie role was as Christina’s Ricci’s mother in Black Snake Moan in 2006. The former child star can now be seen on the E! Channel series was due to her personal struggles with the law. In 2015, Richards was arrested for trespassing, public intoxication, resisting an officer, and battery. She returned to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for a guest slot during the 6th season.

\nIn an interesting turn of events, after battling a serious drug addiction, Kerwin decided to turn his face towards his faith and become a minister. He used his faith to continued to act until 1995. He had a severe drug problem through his acting career and decided to leave to become a Minister. Kerwin attributes his faith to how he managed to get clean.

\nBarbi Benton – originally Barbara Klein – is most well-known for her work with Playboy from the 1960s to the 1980s. She was also a pretty successful musician in the 1970s, composing and writing many of her own songs by herself, and even going so far as to produce her last album.

\nHarrison is now still known for being \u00a0Han Solo but also for his role as Indiana Jones, he really had a thing for franchises! Add to that a film like Thunderbolt and Lightfoot and Jeff was on route to being one of the top grossing and famous actors in Hollywood.
