Hey there friends, welcome back to your favorite magical place on earth – the Harry Potter universe! The world of butterbeer and Patronuses, where broomsticks fly and glasses can be repaired by the flick of a wand. Yes, the world of Harry Potter is quite wonderful, and the film adaptations are quite marvelous as well. But one of the reasons for this is the outstanding cast, and we want to know what they’ve been up to off the set. More specifically, we want to know who they’ve been dating.

\nPortrayed by Tom Felton, the nature of Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter\u2019s relationship were that of adversaries – or perhaps you could call them enemies, that kind of cared about each other deep down. The proof was that when all was said and done (and the Harry Potter series was \u201cover\u201d), they actually seemed to be on relatively good terms. Of course, this could be due to the fact that Harry saved his life from the fiendfyre created by the big oaf, Gregory Goyle.

Not only is Ginny the love interest and eventual wife of our hero, Harry himself, but she provides a crucial component to the forces of Dumbledore\u2019s Army, an anti-Voldemort youth movement that gets formed in the fifth installment (Order of Phoenix), right under the stubby nose of Professor Umbridge. She\u2019s also got grit. A lot of it. You don\u2019t want to be on the wrong end of her bat-bogey hex.

It turns out that Bower actually also played a role in the Harry Potter franchise – the role of young Gellert Grindelwald. They fell for each other on the set, and they were together for a while but it wasn\u2019t to last.

Dean and Ginny are dating, and this happens to be around the time that Harry starts having feelings for her. Eventually Ginny leaves Dean for Harry, and while Harry and Dean\u2019s relationship becomes slightly strained, they eventually make up after that.

\nBut we don\u2019t have to feel too bad for Dean, because in real life, his alter ego isn\u2019t doing too bad of a job in the love department. Indeed, Enoch has been allegedly dating Aja Naomi King, his fellow actress and co-star on the TV drama How to Get Away With Murder. The truth is that many signs point to the fact that they\u2019re together – Dean has even acknowledged that he has a girlfriend, and the pair are seen together in many pictures looking very cozy.

There. Are you happy?) Lupin is a werewolf, and he is vicious under the full moon – if he hasn\u2019t taken his potion.

\nOn a flight to Cannes is where Thewlis and Anna Friel met. The pair would eventually call it quits, but they wanted their daughter to be close to both of them, so they thoughtfully bought houses across the street from each other.

\nCedric Diggory, played by Twilight\u2019s Robert Pattinson, is first introduced to us in the books when Harry plays against him in Quidditch in Prisoner of Azkaban. Being the Hufflepuff seeker, he actually hands Harry his first, but being the fair player that he is, he admitted that the reason Hufflepuff won was because of the presence of the dementors at the Quidditch match. Cedric is the third Hogwarts champion in the Goblet of Fire, and sadly, he eventually gets killed by Voldemort.

\nWhen Pattinson was an actor in the Twilight series, you practically couldn\u2019t walk down the street without running into a girl gushing over him. That\u2019s why you can imagine that it might be hard for them to imagine him being taken – and when he was engaged to British singer FKA Twigs, that was most probably the consensus reaction. But there is hope for them yet (though we feel guilty saying it). Unfortunately, the couple decided they did not want to be engaged, and split up.

\nAhh, Fred and George. Gred and Feorge (they actually refer to themselves by that term in the first book, the Sorcerer\u2019s Stone). The Weasley twins. And even more perfect is the fact that the actors who play them are also twins – James and Oliver Phelps. But our love for them becomes painfully obvious when Fred dies in the seventh installment.

\nIn the Goblet of Fire, Fred Weasley takes out Angelina Johnson to the Yule Ball, and in real life, he has enjoyed some success in the love department as well. In fact, off the set of Harry Potter he dated a lovely young lady by the name of Simone Burke, an American film producer who has worked on reality TV series such as Breaking The Faith. But Phelps was able to find someone new since then – a woman named Annika Ostle, who he would eventually marry.

Oh yeah, they became Hogwarts legends when they dropped out of an Umbridge ruled school in the coolest way possible – flying off on broomsticks.

\nLike his brother James, Oliver was able to find love off the set of Harry Potter, and they both have this is common that they are both still happily married to their respective wives. Oliver got married in 2015 to a nice girl named Katy Humpage. It was reported that they were actually together for a while in 2008, and then broke up. It seemed that some of their spark was still there though, and they eventually found their way back into each other’s arms.

\nOther than Harry himself, probably the biggest main character in the series (along with Hermione) is Ron Weasley, played by Rupert Grint. He is Harry\u2019s best friend, and inside source of the wizarding world. When Harry first meets him, they are on the Hogwarts Express together, on the way to school for the first time. A master of chess, Ron is everywhere in the series, and we wish that the movies would\u2019ve done his character slightly more justice, by not giving most of his lines to Hermione.

\nRupert Grint has done very well in Hollywood since his time in Harry Potter, and even appeared in a film called CBGB, depicting the punk music scene in the 70s. He has also starred in the movie Double Date, where he met a lovely lady by the name of Georgia Groome, who he co-starred with. The pair dated for a while, but they have been on and off. Simply look at this picture and you can see that they have chemistry – they may be off now, but you never know.

\nHarry Potter may be the man of the hour, but there is someone that is getting lost in the translation – Daniel Radcliffe. He has also enjoyed the throws of a beautiful relationship with fellow actress Erin Darke, who he met on the set of Kill Your Darlings, where they were co-stars in 2013. Portrayed by Evanna Lynch, Luna is day dreamy, makes up strange words such as \u201cwrackspurts\u201d and \u201cnargles\u201d, and can sometimes get on people\u2019s nerves with her stubbornness about things that she believes to be true. That being said, on the flip side, Luna is a character that some Harry Potter fans put at the top of their list – perhaps she\u2019s an acquired taste.

However, like her co-star Bonnie Wright, Lynch was very into the idea of dating opportunities on the set, and she struck up a romance with Robbie Jarvis, the actor for young James Potter. Their relationship kept going for a while, and but eventually it fizzled out, and young James Potter had to go stag again\u2026 See what we did there?

\nRalph Fiennes plays Voldemort! He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named…. That guy is something else, eh? Originally named Tom Riddle, after his \u201cfilthy muggle father\u201d, as he would rudely put, he was born into an orphanage and immediately knew he was special. In other words, he was a wizard. Unlike other wizards, however, Riddle was actually the heir of Salazar Slytherin, a wizard blood purist and founding member of Hogwarts. Riddle eventually became Voldemort, tried to kill Harry and\u2026 Well, Harry eventually kills him (spoiler alert).

\nBut don\u2019t worry friends, because the actor who plays Voldemort, Ralph Fiennes, is nowhere near as bad as his character that he portrays is, and even if he was, we\u2019re pretty sure he doesn\u2019t know how to do any magic. And as far as his love life goes, he is just as human as any of us, not devoid of love woes like the best of us. He actually was married to a Alex Kingston, a woman who he met in art school, but they wouldn\u2019t eventually get divorced.

\nAlthough Harry Potter sadly grew up without his parents, he could rest easy knowing that Mr. and Mrs. Weasley were there to look after him. Despite the fact that he had his own children to look after, Arthur always made time for Harry and the Order – even if he did nearly die in the process!

He shares his success with his wonderful wife, Diane Williams, and their child. Although he hasn\u2019t scored himself a major role since his Harry Potter days, we can still see the magic in him.

Thankfully, this evil witch didn\u2019t stay around for long. Thanks to Fred, George, Grawp and the Centaurs, this witch was sent away for good.

Ten years later, the pair welcomed their daughter, Bessie, into the world, and they have since introduced her to the world of acting. In fact, all three of them appeared in the BBC period drama, Cranford.
