Kai Mayfair restaurant is the supplier of the most expensive soup. The dish is called the ‘Buddha Jumps Over the Wall’, not sure why, but is made up of chicken, shark’s fin, Japanese flower mushrooms, , dried scallops, abalone, sea cucumber, pork and ginseng. The soup has to be ordered at least five days before you are set to pick it up; they take this soup business very seriously. The soup is very interesting sounding for sure, and five days to make it is sure to make it very flavorful.
