On top of all of that goodness are Amedei Porcelana chocolates, and an added gold-covered almonds, chocolate truffles, and fawned over with 23-carat edible gold leaf. They then add a mother of pearl spoon for you to use, as you dip it in the Baccarat crystal goblet. Extravagant as it gets.
