To be fair to Tesoriero, it certainly seemed like he had a lot on his plate. Working for the agency since 1993, he rose to the rank of senior property manager with the property management firm. The agency had about 1,200 leased properties in the wildly popular Bondi Beach area, and they were divided between just four agents.
That meant that Tesoriero, and the other three agents, each had 300 properties to look after. Since he was conducting inspections on a daily basis, each property was visited roughly once every three months.
