People have always been willing to get a little unsafe when it comes to Christmas decorations. After all, it’s hardly safe to clamber about on a roof setting up fake reindeer, and some houses are draped in enough lights to be a major fire hazard.
However, all that pales in comparison to the 60s practice of using asbestos as a form of fake snow. We don’t care how much you dream of a white Christmas, it’s not worth going anywhere near that stuff.
