For One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, Jack Nicholson and a few other cast members actually checked themselves into an insane asylum! Rumor has it, that some of the situations Jack experienced in the real mental ward made its way into the movie.
The cast has never discussed their time at the asylum and we fear they never will. Although, it is safe to say that the film’s extras were taken from the insane asylum where Jack and the supporting cast prepared for their role. Are you able to spot them in the film?
