Every kid has their own demands. Controling multiple kids especially is a little like herding cats – a very tricky balancing act of keeping everyone happy. This becomes even harder in public. This is probably why this parent let their kids play in the store.
Although it’s not exactly an excuse as to why they left it like this, we can kind of understand the amount of pressure a parent is under. This sometimes makes them do things that can be frowned upon by the random bystander
