The 1940 animated film is another classic that was beloved by children of the VHS generation. Although the kids might not necessarily have appreciated the music behind the masterpiece, they did find Mickey Mouse and his powers compelling.
If it weren’t for this movie, the iconic Disney character could have become a relic of the past, given he was declining in popularity at the time. Thankfully, it helped him become the beloved mascot he is today, with people apparently willing to spend $157 on a copy of his VHS tape.
