While many animated Disney classics are still talked about a lot today, others seem to have been left in the past. ‘The Rescuers’ and it’s sequel ‘The Rescuers Down Under’ appear to be in the latter category, with very little heard about them nowadays.
Although they fared well at the box office, it seems that they just don’t have as much lasting power as some of the other classics. Still, they haven’t been entirely forgotten. After all, VHS copies of both films can supposedly be found for $2,5000 online.
