So many animated Disney classics were released onto VHS tapes over the years. Every time the company brought out a new film, this was how kids were able to watch it again and again… and again.
‘The Hunchback of Notre Dame’ wasn’t necessarily one of the most popular, probably because of the darker themes it contained. However, the 1996 movie was still relatively successful, with critics praising it for taking risks. Perhaps that’s why a copy of it on VHS can allegedly go for as much as $90 nowadays.
