Soon after his divorce, Billy Ray would enter into two relationships with fairly profound results. The first woman Cyrus was involved with was called Kristin Luckey, who lived in South Carolina and worked as a waitress while involved with Cyrus.
Although Cyrus and Luckey did not last, their relationship did lead to the birth of Cyrus’ first child, Christopher Cody, born in April of 1992. There have been rumors that Cyrus has not been particularly present throughout Christopher Cody’s life, although it is said that he provided Luckey with financial support while he was growing up.
