Okay, so Planet of the Apes is obviously one of the most classic film franchises of all time, with sequels and reboots up the wazoo.
But judged in a vacuum, let’s be real – the premise is absolutely ridiculous. So we’re supposed to believe that apes will one day rise up against humans and force them in subservience? Come on… let’s not get crazy here. Then again, maybe that’s not the best attitude to have. Maybe we’re right where they want us.
