When Dakota Johnson brought her mom Melanie Griffith along as a date to the 2015 Oscars, the famous mother-daughter duo had an incredibly awkward interaction during a red carpet interview.
What started off as simple small talk turned into Griffith revealing that she never saw, and wasn’t planning on ever seeing, her daughter’s recent hit role in Fifty Shades of Grey. Eventually, Johnson snaps, embarrassed by her mom shouting, “Alright! You don’t have to see it!”
