Given the permanent smile fixed on Donald Duck’s face, it’s hard to say exactly what’s going on here. On the one hand, it looks like the Disney character is chasing after his brethren as they wander through the park.
However, he could very easily be shooing them away, trying to keep them out of harm’s way with all the people around. Or, there’s always the possibility that he is just simply trying to make new friends with creatures of his own kind.
