In a twist fit for a Lifetime Original Movie, Eric was actually the son of the women he thought was his sister. His mother, or the woman he thought was his mother, was actually his grandmother. Now that’s what we call drama. Eric didn’t let that deter him from making it in the musical industry. He became a singer and songwriter made it into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which is obviously quite a feat. Clapton was also labeled one of “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time” by Rolling Stone Magazine.
