Ah, the case of an extremely unfortunate sign. Of course, we obviously know that this sign means that both of these places are in the same direction, rather than literally together in some weird, unsanitary combination. However, we still do find it very fortuitous – or unfortunate, depending on your point of view – that the sentence could be construed as one rather than not two… meaning that there is actually male toilet drinking water to be found to your left.
