Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones had an estimated budget of $120 million, which made it, at the time, the most expensive Star Wars movie. This has since been surpassed, of course, by The Force Awakens. But it remains the most expensive of the original six Star Wars films, and the most expensive movie George Lucas has directed.
