In 2001, this patrolling police officer’s car captured the footage of a ghostly figure emerging from the mist and beginning to cross the road, before disappearing halfway.
When it comes to paranormal activity such as this, it is questionable whether this has been edited. Although this footage is fairly dark and grainy, with a thick fog obscuring the scene, the fact that a police vehicle’s dash cam captured this video certainly adds weight to its’ credibility.
