This extraordinary footage was captured by a dash cam in the Sverdlovsk region, Russia just after 6:30pm. The road had been completely dark, with a few tail lights being the only light-source on the road.
All of a sudden, the sky is illuminated with a bright orange flash, which quickly disappears and the darkness returns. There are a few theories that have been suggested in attempt to explain this strange occurrence – the most popular one being that it is an exploding meteor, whilst another being that it is a UFO.
