This footage was taken by this guy on a motorcycle on his way to Ooty, a small town found in the hills of Southern India. As he is riding along in the darkness, a small figure covered from top to bottom in a long, red veil appears.
The rider, shaken by the sudden appearance of this creepy figure, panics and turns the corner… only to see the figure come out of nowhere, right in front of him again!
