Look at the date and time stamp on this dash cam frame. It clearly shows that these intimidating clowns were strolling around during the small hours of the morning in the middle of the summer.
Halloween isn’t for another few months for these guys, so it’s a little bit early for them to be practicing how they’re going to scare people. Maybe around four in the morning is the only time these clowns truly get to be themselves as everyone else is tucked up in bed.
