While his younger siblings may get the choice to opt their children out of having Royal titles, it’s highly unlikely that Prince George will be allowed to do the same thing. The reason for this is because he is the heir to the throne, and his firstborn child will be too.
After all, you can’t have a King or Queen without taking on the title, meaning that whoever takes on the duty of being head monarch has to bestow further titles upon their children too, and they on theirs, and so on and so forth.
