Danielle is undoubtedly a huge part of American Pickers, but apparently things didn’t start out so well. The first time that the History Channel crew showed up to film, they didn’t want to film her because she wasn’t on the contract they had signed.
They had no idea who she was or why she was there. Luckily, Mike was on Danielle’s side, and once he had a chat with the producers, the crew had a change of heart. The rest, as the say, is history.
