[post_page_title]Goes great with everything[/post_page_title]
Hey, you know what goes great with pizza? If you said “parma jawn,” then congratulations – you’re exactly as wrong as the person who made this note. The cheese is, of course, called Parmesan – or Parmigiano-Reggiano, after the two regions of Italy where it was traditionally made.
Dubbed the “King of Cheeses,” it is definitely not, nor has it ever been called, “parma jawn.” We mean, it’s almost right. One of those two provinces is Parma, so they only needed to stop there and it wouldn’t be that bad. But they just had to add “jawn,” and it all went off the rails.
