This person’s friend was walking home late at night when they noticed someone who appeared to be in pain lying on the ground. Being the nice person that they were, they went over to the guy to check if he was okay.
What they found was that he was playing possum, and it was a trap for a bunch of other people to jump out and rob them. He was lured into a vulnerable position, beaten up, and had all his money stolen.
