After their friend was kicked out of their house, this person begrudgingly let their pal stay at theirs. Not long after the guy moved in, the person had to go out of town, so it was great to have someone to watch the house.
After just a few days, the guy’s landlord calls saying there is a leak in the shower, which flooded downstairs, causing over $2,000 worth of damage. To make things worse, the guy’s friend denied any involvement and refused to help with the repair bill.
