If you’re a parent, chances are you’re familiar with the oh-so-dreaded “bedtime routine.” That sounds like it should be simple, but it often seems like the longest two hours of your life. Usually when kids get back from school, they’re either really tired, really hyper – or both. It can be difficult getting your children to do everything and still get to bed at a reasonable hour. However, this parent found a smart way to insert some order into the chaos, and still get the kids to bed no later than 8:30pm.

We get it; we need to start eating healthier. But how is anyone supposed to make it through the day
