When your little ones aren’t so little anymore, and they get to the point of going to the bathroom by themselves, it’s a mixed blessing for parents. On the one hand, you’re happy for their newly-found independence, but on the other you’re still concerned. One of the bigger risks is of course, your child inadvertently locking themselves in. Thankfully, your peace of mind is only as expensive as a rubber band. If you twist it around both doorknobs as seen here, the door won’t ever lock and you won’t need to sweat solo potty time.
