When Patrick first got his role on Star Trek he was an unknown actor from England. He was so unknown to the American public that when the Los Angeles Times announced the cast of the show, they referred to him as ‘an unknown British Shakesperean actor’. While that description of Stewart was true, that still must have stung! Obviously now things are completly different.
