Sometimes people do not only come into the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop to sell – every once in awhile, they want to buy. There was a guy who offered Rick $70,000 for a rare 1915 Panama Pacific Octagonal $50 gold piece. Rick did not have one, but flew out to a rare coin auction and bought two. He ended up selling the piece to the man for $67,500. Wow, a $2,500 savings!
