While the newlyweds were are Apartment 1, they had some very familiar neighbors. Their building was connected to William and Kate’s, meaning the two couples could be in close contact if they wanted to.
The two apartments actually had adjoining doors, so the four of them could spend time together without ever having to leave the house. That would certainly come in handy if they wanted to avoid being spotted by the paparazzi all the time.
