Recently, J-Lo likes to take to social media to share the secrets on her age-defying looks. She puts it all down to a clean eating, a rigorous exercise regime, and drinking lots and lots of water. She’s also reportedly cut out all bubbly and caffeine.
Though she has admitted drinking a lot of coffee, just decaffeinated. She certainly puts in a lot of effort into keeping fit and healthy nowadays, so perhaps the requests at hotels are now more likely to be something like a kale smoothie?
