Despite the fact that John Lennon’s band members and fans did not like his relationship with Yoko, John married her anyway. The two made music together, mostly about a combination of political protesting and composition of brilliant tunes. Yoko was John’s second wife.
The couple had two sons together, Sean and Julian. As we all know, John was shot and lost his life in 1980 outside his home on the Upper West Side of Manhattan; the two were married until his passing.
