[post_page_title]Frown sugar[/post_page_title]
Brown sugar is a staple of baking – a delicious, delicious staple. However, if you’ve had sugar a while you might open the cupboard one day to find it’s all fused into one big sweet lump. This can be easily remedied, using nothing more than a microwave and a paper towel. Place a bowl of your clumped sugar in the microwave with a damp paper towel over the bowl, and let ‘er rip. The moisture in the towel, coupled with the heat, will work to separate the sugar grains again.
