Although both girls are kind and supportive towards each other on camera, it’s a different story behind the scenes. Their feud started after Mikayla told Hannah exactly how she felt during a commercial break for a TV show they were both appearing on. Despite hating her alter ego, though, Mikayla gets along well with Miley and considers the girl her friend because she doesn’t know the truth.
