There is nothing quite like going to the gym and working out. Something that anyone who’s ever gone through an arduous yet enjoyable workout will say the same thing – the hardest part is walking out your door. Or getting off your couch. Or overcoming whatever obstacle it is that’s preventing you from taking that leap. Because something that a number of famous actresses know good and well is that sitting on your couch is a place of comfort. They aren’t immune to the luxuries of us modern folk, the beautiful bliss of simply relaxing with some popcorn on your comfy leather sofa. They had to make a conscious change just like every other bodybuilder that’s ever gotten seriously, seriously ripped.
Because it’s not exactly something that we have to do. The feeling of comfort on our couches isn’t something that we feel guilty about, because it’s perfectly normal. For those us who aren’t used to working out, like many of these gorgeous celebrities, making that radical change in our lives is something psychological just as much as it is physical. There’s always a voice in our head that says, “You’re not like those other people. You’re not fit, and you can’t get in shape.” The key is to obliterate that voice into smithereens. And that’s what all of these lovely ladies did, as you’ll soon see.

One of the hosts on the show, Mel B is currently well known around the world, in addition to the fame she garnered from her type as “Scary Spice” from the all-girl pop singing group, The Spice Girls.
