After scooping up all of the bees and their honeycomb, there was some evidence of their presence left behind. David joked that this mess was a bit like the bees forgetting to wipe their feet before coming back home.
The honeycomb had stained the bricks yellow, but that was the least of the family’s concerns. Once they got the bricks placed back into the wall, then they wouldn’t even see this leftover goo that the bees left behind them.
