Each brick came down, and in the end, David had removed five rows of them. Once all of the brickwork had gone, David got his first look at the scale of the hive, and it was mightily impressive.
After working for what must have felt like hours, David was able to see the edges of the colony, which meant his destruction job was almost over. If he thought removing the bricks was difficult, David still had to safely get rid of the hive somehow.
