Jenny O’Hara was cast as the reoccurring guest role of Miss Emily Mahoney. She was the show for 4 episodes in the first season of the show in 1979. Miss Emily Mahoney was a sort of side kick for Mrs. Garrett and was just as funny as the rest of the cast.
O’Hara’s career began in the early 60s and in the early 70s she took over for her sister Jill on stage in the musical, Promises Promises. This is what began her very long career in Hollywood.
