Former Hootie and the Blowfish and current country music star Darius Rucker has been doing pretty well in his love life, getting married to wife Beth Leonard in 2000. The two met while Beth was an events organizer and booking agent for VH1.
Regarding their first meeting, Beth says that she thought Darius was nice and sincere, while Rucker himself thought that she didn’t like him. Talk about mixed signals!

Darius Rucker has been doing pretty well in his love life after getting married to wife Beth Leonard in 2000. Beth even inspired his solo hit “Alright.” Although he has a daughter named Carolyn Pearl Phillips with an ex-girlfriend, Rucker also has two kids with his wife Beth.
He has since grown his solo career, performing sold out shows to fans all over the country, and became the first black man to score a top country song since Charley Price in 1983!
