Dean Cain was Superman and Clark Kent in The New Adventures of Superman for the show’s entire run. Superman landed on planet Earth as a baby and was brought up in Smallville before he found a job in Metropolis as a reporter. Using his superpowers he protects the people of the city, and Earth, from the dangers that face them all while protecting his identity as Clark Kent. Throughout the series we see Lois fall in love with both Clark Kent and Superman despite not realizing they are the same person.
