Lynne McGranger replaced Jaqui Phillips as Irene Roberts on home and Away in 1992. She has played the villainess for over 23 years now, and doesn’t plan on retiring anytime soon!
Lynne began her career as a stage in actress in productions like Bye Bye Birdie and West side Story. She is the second original cast member to still remain on the Australian soap, after Ray Meagher.
