While she was only on the show for two years, Laura Vasquez was one of the most loved characters in the Bay. The actress loved her time on the show and when she was asked about it, she said something very sweet.
She was quoted as saying that “I have nothing but fond memories…It was such a great show with a fantastic cast and crew, some of whom are dear friends of mine to this day. It was also a great learning experience. I feel very grateful to have been cast in such an iconic show.”

After Vasquex left Home and Away, she went on to pursue a career in music.
She married MN8 lead singer, and the couple have two girls together.
