Lewis played the role of Geoff Campbell and he was introduced alongside his on screen sister, Annie. Geoff and his sister were raised religiously on their family farm by their grandfather.
Lewis kicked off his acting career when he was only thirteen. In 2005 he had his film debut in the film Aquamarine. In 2007 he was cast on Home and Away which marked a breakthrough in his career.

The 29 year old was on the show for three years and in 2008 he won a Logie Award for the Most Popular New Male Talent.
In 2009 channel Seven announced that he would be joining the ninth season of Dancing with the Stars.
