Salma Hayek got to play Cameron’s mother in Grown Ups and Grown Ups 2, and the star was moved to put out a message paying tribute to the young actor. The actress said she had the privilege of playing Cameron’s mother and stayed in touch with him over the years.
Hayek felt as though Cameron’s joy would “live in our hearts forever” as she expected him to continue shining and dancing elsewhere. She ended her message by saying her heart goes out to Cameron’s family.
