Bitter feud breaks out in neighborhood through notes about flowers on a public pavement

You might think this was the end of this sordid tale, but it wasn’t. After Serena’s note, some unknown party put up another one. Protected in a plastic sleeve and held up by thumbtacks, the very lengthy printed page explained that the flowers were, in fact, part of a community project.

Since the local council did nothing to plant or water flowers, locals stepped up and did so on their own dime. The page also included photos of the two original offending notes, and reprimanded them for being “not helpful.”
