Rachel’s original post alone got more than 2,100 comments, and many of them were from fellow subjects of Queen Elizabeth who were just chuffed (we think we’re using that correctly) with her story.
“This is the most British thing I’ve ever seen,” one commenter said, with another adding it was “peak British nonsense.” A fellow journalist from the States also happened on Rachel’s post, and remarked that, “This is exactly how I envision all British people.” Rachel herself replied, saying, “This vision is not inaccurate!”
